What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email, services, location, plan interest, service focus, creator stage, project preferences and optional message. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use these details to review your request and contact you about Jradar. Submitting the form does not create a paid subscription or add you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database, with access restricted to the configured owner account. Website hosting and database infrastructure are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. We do not sell enquiry information.

For abuse prevention, we store a daily hash derived from your IP address alongside your enquiry. The application does not store the raw IP address. Hosting providers may process technical request logs under their own policies.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiries while handling your request and any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello.bidradar@gmail.com.

Cookies and external services

The public enquiry form does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser. Original opportunity links open third-party websites with their own privacy practices.
